By registering for My Daily Mailer, you agree to the terms below. These exist to keep things fair, legal, and running smoothly.

One account per person. You may only register one account unless granted written permission. Duplicate or fake accounts will be removed.

No spam. You may only promote My Daily Mailer using approved advertising methods such as traffic exchanges and safelists. Any spam activity will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

You are responsible for all content you promote. This includes your email ads, splash pages, banners, and linked websites. You must have the rights to promote your materials and ensure they comply with all applicable laws. My Daily Mailer is not liable for what you choose to advertise.

Mail Tokens (MTs) are virtual points used only within My Daily Mailer. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between users. We reserve the right to adjust MT earnings, usage rules, or pricing at any time to maintain system balance.

Upgraded memberships include additional features and privileges. These are subject to change or removal at our discretion. Abuse, cheating, automation, or exploiting the system will result in a permanent ban.

No guarantees. My Daily Mailer is a marketing tool. Your results depend on your own efforts, offers, and strategy. We make no claims of earnings, traffic, or performance.

Limitation of liability: We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by use of this site. This includes downtime, lost earnings, or third-party issues. By using My Daily Mailer, you agree to hold us harmless from any related claims.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. This includes changes to membership tiers, advertising tools, bonus offers, or MT pricing.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user, for any reason, at our discretion.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri. All disputes will be resolved under Missouri jurisdiction.
